Shipping & Returns

Ready-to-Ship items will be shipped via USPS within 1-10 business days of order receipt. Delivery time varies depending on shipping distance. 

Custom orders will be scheduled with each individual client based on waitlist time and how long a piece may take to design and fabricate. 

I currently on ship stained glass orders within the United States.

No returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales final.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is FREE in Bastrop, TX. Just select “Local Pickup” for your preferred shipping method during checkout. 

Local pickup is a NO RUSH OPTION for easy going local friends. Most local orders can be picked up within 7 days of purchase. After your order is received, I will contact you via e-mail to schedule pickup.

Damaged Items

Please send photos of damaged items IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, or within 24 hours of USPS confirmed delivery time. I cannot guarantee pieces that are broken after shipping.  Please consider this when you schedule your delivery. photos must be sent to hello@kassieraeglass.com.
